Account data: Name, email address, payment information (processed by our payment providers, notably SumUp and Paddle; we do not store your full banking details).
Search data: The phone numbers you submit to perform searches.
Aggregated public data: Information from public databases that make up the search results.
Cached reports: Results of your searches, kept for a maximum of 120 days.
Technical data: IP address, device identifier, browser type, pages visited, access logs.
3. Legal Bases for Processing
- Performance of the contract: Providing the service you subscribed to

- Consent: Marketing communications (revocable at any time)

4. Use of Data

Account data: Kept as long as your account is active, then deleted within 30 days after account deletion.
Search reports: Cache of 120 days maximum.
Technical logs: 90 days.
Billing data: Kept in accordance with legal accounting obligations (up to 10 years).

8. Minors' Data
Clairmo is reserved for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we become aware of such data, it will be immediately deleted.
