Subscription & Billing
How does the €0.99 trial work?
You pay €0.99 for 7 days of full access. Cancel within 7 days and no further charge applies. If you continue, the €29.99/month subscription starts automatically.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Sign in to your dashboard, open the Subscription section and click Cancel. It is effective immediately, no phone call, no justification. You keep access until the end of the paid period.
Can I buy searches without a subscription?
Yes. Our credit packs (10, 25 or 50 searches) are available without commitment. You pay once and use your credits whenever you want.
Privacy & Data
Is the searched person notified?
No, never. All our searches are 100% anonymous. The person whose number, email or image you look up receives no notification.
Where does the data come from?
We aggregate only public and lawful sources: phone directories, public registries, public social profiles, historical breaches that are legally accessible, and business databases.
Are my searches stored?
We keep your searches only so you can access them from your dashboard. You can delete them at any time. We do not resell or exploit your search data.
Usage & Results
Why don't some numbers return any results?
Accuracy depends on the public sources available for that number. Some numbers simply do not appear in accessible databases. Our service always returns at least format validation, carrier and region.
Does it work with private/withheld numbers?
No. If the caller hid or withheld their number, we cannot guess or reveal it. You must know the number in order to analyze it.
What is Deep Search?
It is an extra layer of analysis that cross-references more sources to surface connections, web mentions and additional clues that are not available in the standard report.
